Forever Roofing is expanding and seeking hardworking, dependable Roofers to join our crew. Whether you’re just getting started or already experienced, we want motivated individuals ready to learn, grow, and earn — working on a variety of roof types including TPO, PVC, Torchdown, Shingle, Cedar, and Metal roofing systems.
Roofing is physically demanding work that requires attention to safety and quality workmanship. You’ll be part of a team that gets the job done right, every time.
What You’ll Do
- Remove old roofing and prepare surfaces for installation
- Install roofing systems on residential and light commercial roofs including:
- TPO and PVC single‑ply membranes
- Torchdown and modified roofing
- Asphalt shingles
- Cedar shake and wood roofing
- Metal roofing panels and flashings
- Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials accurately to job specifications
- Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment properly
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Work with the crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely
- Follow company and OSHA safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs
- Physical strength and stamina — able to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional, punctual, and team‑oriented mindset
Experience is a plus, but not required — we will train individuals who show the right attitude and willingness to learn.
